OMG.... I just had a fantastic massage and neuro-corrective treatment with the brilliant Eva Rozsas. What a wonderful experience. She is super skilled, sensitive and attentive. A must for all Londoners. Thank you Eva.

“I went to Eva with Achille’s tendonitis which was preventing me running and dancing. Rather than just treating the presenting symptom, she addressed my underlying issue of inadequate core strength. Now not only can I run and dance but I can walk down the escalator without holding the handrail. I can lift my heavy grandchild easily, and generally feel much more youthful and joyful in all my movements”

“I am a Personal Trainer and Olympic weightlifting coach. I was reviewing my training and was not happy with the way my body was moving under such load, so I decided to seek out a specialist who could help me fix my body, which is where I found Eva.

We found dysfunction all over my body and in my core which was caused by tattoos and scarring. Through her expertise and techniques, Eva was able to help me reverse the damage done and I was finally able to engage my core muscles properly, improving my performance under heavy loads.

As a coach and athlete, the work Eva has done on my body is priceless. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering from chronic pains, imbalances etc.”

Eva is a wonderful practitioner. She is deeply intuitive and her massages are restorative. Reducing tension whilst addressing more complex physical issues, she has a wide toolkit of practices that she combines to tailor to the individual needs of the client. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Was recommended to Eva by my personal trainer for advice and treatment for posture, back and muscle problems. The treatment for general well being and holistic massage is very suitable for my needs as a senior. I find Eva to be very knowledgeable in her field.”

When the body hurts everywhere…

I had a client today who trains to be a Personal Trainer. She complained about niggles and pain in different parts of her body. She pointed at muscles that all belong to the deep front line. The deep front line is a myofascial sling composed of muscles and other fascial structures running deep in the centre of our body…we could call it our vertical core. It connects our head to our toes and can affect our breathing, walking, swallowing and our movement in general. Now, if you think about all that it affects, if the deep front line is off, it will have complex and global consequences. As expected, this was exactly the case with my client who complained about pain and niggles everywhere and could not find solution to these.

I tested most muscles belonging to the deep front line and all of them were testing weak. Looks like a complex issue…however, it turned out the solution was in a dysfunctional nerve ending in her big toe joint that, when stimulated, brought all the muscles back online. A quick treatment of the affected nerve ending gave her a stable vertical core back. She was thrilled.

Tingling in fingers

A client came to see me as she started to experience tingling and numb feeling in her ring finger and pinkie on the left after month of carrying her child around. Her left shoulder was sitting much higher than the right indicating possible muscle contraction on that left hand side which could have led to compression on her ulnar nerve. After treating the entrapment sites of the left ulnar nerve, her shoulder relaxed and the tingling in the hand reduced massively. She had one more session to correct the remaining symptoms.

Stabilising ankles

Lots of people experience ankle sprains on one or both sides during their life. Often after the first the first injury this becomes a recurring issue due to the ligaments normally stabilising the ankle being dysfunctional and therefore no longer able to do their job.

Dysfunction in ankle ligaments is not good….not only because it leaves the ankles unstable but also because it will switch off whole kinetic chains on the same side of the body, affects the pelvic floor and breathing negatively.

My client came in with very unstable ankles. This is the results of 20 mins work addressing dysfunction in the ankle ligaments with neuro corrective therapy.

Before After

I have seen Eva for Neurokinetic Therapy for about a year. She is brilliant and highly skilled in this very specialist therapy. She is very patient, listens to all of your issues and is such a lovely person. I would definitely recommend her.

“I have been seeing Eva since 2019, first to help me with post pregnancy issues and later to assist me with training related injuries.
I have found her approach holistic and her knowledge of the body and how it works absolutely mind blowing.
Eva is supportive and so helpful. I can highly highly recommend Eva.”

Doing neuro corrective therapy with Eva was a fascinating and deeply rewarding experience. Methodically, Eva was able to identify multiple dysfunctions in my body that had kept me back from performing at my best. The funny thing is that I was largely unaware of the exact muscles or muscle groups being affected and completely unaware of the neurological root causes which Eva very aptly demonstrated before proceeding to fix. I learnt a lot about my body during this process and in only a couple of one-hour sessions, I had all of my muscle function restored. My workouts and body posture have both improved visibly. And, I have also lost around 5 kilograms of body weight which I can at least partly ascribe to the fact that more muscles are now working fully and therefore burning calories. Since the neuro corrective therapy, I've become a regular customer of Eva's holistic massage which I find a total mind and body reset. Eva is a very skilful, and intuitive massage therapist, always being able to pinpoint the problem and work to fix it. I would warmly recommend Eva's services for both neuro corrective therapy and massage to anyone looking to relieve pain, and stress, or become a better version of themselves."
